24"X24"X.75" Heatwave Tie Dye on a Square Panel of Calcutta Cotton, that was dyed using the "Pariah Method": The cotton was not presoaked in Soda Ash solution. The Procion Dyes were applied to the tied-up cotton and then a strong soda ash solution was applied after the dye was applied. It was then "batched" as normal for 48 hours before washout. The cotton was then stretched and stapled onto 24"X24" Stretcher Bars. Gorilla Glue was placed around every staple for added durability. Signed by None Other than Dave 😁 then 2 isolation coats of Golden Acrylic Soft Gell Gloss brushed on, followed by 2 coats of Liquitex Acrylic Varnish Gloss.
